For, most definite. Because that is what I do for a living As far as the above goes, depends on who you have put them on. I've been in this business for 14 years and where I work, there is no chance for any disease, because we use everything that is disposable, needles, tubes, inks, EVERYTHING...

If you go to have one on, please be sure that the shop where you go is clean, and sterile conditions are being met. And check to make sure that everything that will be used on you is new And ask questions. You don't know how many times I see people come and say I'l take that one after looking for only two or three minutes! No questions asked, but I give the nickel tour anyway.

I'm 49 years old and have had mine since I was 16, so far they have not sagged as you said, but have actually faded and are no longer the vibrant colours that they once were.

As for actual sagging this would surely depend on the physical state of any particular person.

but don't mind seeing them so much on a guy as long as they don't look like the tatoo man yuk! (maybe one on the arm don't hurt but even that is not all that) really don't care for them, ppl should just use a semi-temp one that washes off or something like that.

Nope. None whatsoever. I have no interest in anything so permanent.
Plus, I don't see any beauty in it.

On me, it's a no way, ever!
On friends, I tolerate, it's their choice.
On a lover, it would be a definite turn-off.

I like natural beauty best. No lipstick or make up either

Lecrayon.....Tattooing is one of the oldest forms of art known to man......and therefore could be argued to have more significance than any bunch of European Impressionists....

I'm too hairy for tatoos

My hubby can't wear his wedding ring where he works (he works in engineering on really big engines) since one of his co-workers got his ring caught on some machinery and lost his finger (ouch!)  So, I told my hubby he should have my name tattooed like a ring around his finger.

Jafo, to be honest, I don't see any art in tatoos either. I see it more as self-mutilation.

I thought the question was for or against...An elephant in zebra skin or an ape with red lipstick is maybe a form of trying to make yourself unique, to me it just deforms the creation of the species, which in itself is beautiful to me.

OK....and killing scarab beetles to make pigments to create oils for some Renaissance fop to spatter over woven fibre is not deforming a species.....the scarabs would beg to differ....
