Wallpaper Submitted Years Ago Doesn't show up in wallpaper list

I submitted this wallpaper years ago, and I can't seem to find it on the latest updated or most popular wallpaper list, etc. Doesn't show up, like it's a in private view for me and no one else.

If the rating was to low when uploaded it would not be shown to public few but would show up in your private view.

I recently submitted "Bridge control room" but it only shows up in my wincustomize profile, but not in the public wallpaper list, maybe perhaps because it is rated too low. Also, it doesn't show up in my skins list, so I am unable to delete it. Is there a way to delete it from the profile? I do not see the point in having it around if it is rated too low. Thanks!
