I re-installed Windows and can't download Object Desktop

Licensed user re-download

I've gone through the support procedure of creating a ticket but as of yet nobody has reached out.

 

A few days ago I reinstalled Windows on my PC and started the process of re-installing software.

I purchased Stardock Object Desktop, so I figured that there would not be a problem to download it again.


It seems however in order to download the software which I already paid for , I would have to "renew" and pay more money?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Object Desktop is a yearly subscription service and if yours is out of date now

you will need to renew again at a discounted rate .

Go to your account page to renew https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Same issue here.. but i Am current on my subscription.. it shows active.. but nothing in my downloads.. and if i click on software it tells me to upgrade or purchase.. please help. thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you goes to your product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. And, click on the "Product Downloads" it should open up the full list of links for downloadable application. Something similar to my screenshot below. Note: Product list will not be the same as mine. It could be longer or shorter, depending on when you first subscribe to ObjectDesktop pack.

 

 

If you don't see it. Perhaps, it is an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
