SHould I uninstall Start10 if I upgrade?

There doesn't seem to be a way to shut start10 down............unless I go into the task manager and end the process. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to just uninstall it, then download start11................since I can't seem to close or shut down start10, I am hesitating. Perhaps I am missing something or don't know. Thanks!

On my PC, running Windows 10, this problem solve itself. When starting the installer for Start 11, I was told to uninstall Start 10 and reboot before proceeding. From experience with any software, I think in most cases the best thing to do is to remove old versions before installing new.
