Go to Edit Account and crossreference your account.

As noted, if you indeed purchased WindowBlinds you simply need to make sure to that the email address you have listed for registration on this site is the same as you used when you purchased WB. As GM said, go to Edit Account on this site and crossreference your SD and WC account by inputting the email address you used when purchasing WB.

This info (and much more) is actually in the FAQ which is at the top of this messageboard under WinCustomize.

If, you purchased WindowBlinds and are having a problem contact Startdock, they will work with you and get things straight. All you have to do is email them...

He is actually say that he purchased WB and that he has to pay for extra skins, by this I think he means the special commercial skins that some of us have bought (Like Toons etc).

My answer is that most skins are free and if you do not wish to pay for these professional skins then don't download before reading the blurb
