Pollution Confusion

Hi All,

I don't understand this pop-up:

What is the difference between the two indicated amounts?

Also, are there upcoming Techs that will help control pollution or how is that managed?

The +30% is a base modifier for the planet and the 39% is the current actual level affected by your activity.

Haven't found any techs yet to reduce pollution (although IIRC the name of at least one implies it should do it) but I have found anomalies that gave me an artifact to reduce pollution by 20% on a planet. I'm not sure it matters much on a colony, though, as opposed to a core world.

I've asked if we can maybe do something to improve the intuitiveness of the way the stats are presented. No promises though.
