Game Crashes on Launch

I have done what I can in the support faq below, it has not worked.

All drivers have been updated.

I got this game from Epic. I cannot do the Steam suggestions.

I am running:

Windows 10 version 21H1 OS build 19043.1110 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz

RAM: 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

 

I do not see a way to upload the DMP file or the log file.

 

The game does not run at all it gives the following error:

Oops!

The game crashed.

The crash report folder named 2021-07-26_144638 nexto game executable.

It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!

I followed advice on another thread and uninstalled Citrix Workspace. The game worked even after I reinstalled Citrix... until I rebooted my computer.

I even tried exiting Citrix from systray and disabling the Citrix Indirect Display Apapter in the Device Manager. It still crashed on startup.

Any ideas?

I uninstalled the Citrix drivers for the Display Adapter in the Device Manager. The game worked and so did Citrix.
