Windows 10 search bar

Hey,

I've experienced a minor graphical issue with Curtains and all the in-build Stardock Curtain themes (this includes the ones provided by Danilo Oliveira).

The Windows 10 search bar is graphically obscured when not in focus, and switching themes from dark to light ones makes it harder to see but it's still there.

My current Win10 version is:

OS Name:                   Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
OS Version:                10.0.19042 N/A Build 19042

But this has been an issue for me for more than a year, so yeah, several Windows builds.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I don't see the issue on my system. This is on Stardock's "Cairo Dark" theme. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Curtains version?
  2. Do you have Start10 installed or you're using other application for Startmenu and Taskbar?
  3. Any other details on your system such as screen resolution and scaling applied that might help us to try reproduce the issue on my end.

Hi Basj,

Sorry for the late reply. I was using the latest version of Curtains and did not use the Start 10. After reloading different themes and a reboot it looked fine again.

I was using two 27" screens and one was running a higher resolution than the other.

Changed the resolution to 1920 x 1080 on both screens and I don't have the issue anymore :)
