SoundPackger not retaining settings

I have SoundPackager v10.0 and am having trouble with the sounds not staying applied.

I chose to install the Commander sound pack and it would work for a bit and then my system reverts to the default Windows sounds and I have to re-apply the sound pack - it is really annoying.

I had thought it was an issue with my PC but I just installed it from scratch on a brand new Dell and I have the same issue - Windows 20H2 build 19042.1083.

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know if you have installed Sound Packager in other location than the default location?

Do you have more than one computer using the same Microsoft account and do you have it sharing theme settings?

Something external to SoundPackager is resetting entries.

I have 2 others logging in with the same account to Windows, one laptop and another PC. I am not, however, sharing theme settings - I do not know how to do that.
