Fences makes Recycle Bin disappear

I just had to reinstall Windows 10. Fences is now making my Recycle Bin disappear. When Fences is disabled, the Recycle Bin reappears, but I can't get it to remain when Fences is enabled.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It might be you have send the recycle bin into another Fences Desktop page. You can learn how to use Fences Desktop pages or Try disable Fences Desktop page and see if the recycle bin reappear.

It doesn't appear on another fences desktop. When I disable the fences its there.
