Product Key retrieval not working

I'm trying to re-install Stardock Fences but each time I try to retrieve my product key, the emails are not coming through to my account. The retrieval page confirms that the email has been sent but still nothing, it is infuriating. Yes, I've also checked my Spam/Junk folder and not there either. Anyone have any suggestions? Stardock themselves have been fairly unhelpful and suggested I try the Forums. Yeah, thanks for your great customer support Stardock!

Thanks, although the email option still isn't working for me, I was able to log into my account and retrieve my product key from there.
