Downloaded style - Windows 10

How do I make it visible as local, or indeed how can I use it?

Hello, I downloaded "Win XP Retro.zip" curtain from WinCustomise site, extracted Win XP Retro.wba from it,

unzipped its contents into a folder by the same name in the directory where all the other curtains (those visible out of the box, so to speak) are located), namely C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Curtains, but it is still not visible to curtains, and I can't see anything inside that directory that I could tell to open in Curtains.

Can someone explain what I am doing wrong?

Thanks and regards
Emil

That would be a WindowBlinds skin and it would require that WindowBlinds be installed to use it.  If you have WindowBlinds installed also, just double-click on the .wba file to install it and use WindowBlinds to load it.

Curtains uses themes found in this gallery:
