On Steam everything is fine, the problem is in the build from Epic Games

have the same problem with game, from Epic games

I only see the English language pack in the local folder ( Tell me if i'm wrong ). 

same problem here, my epic games launcher is set in my prefered language.

We are working with Epic to implement German, French and Russian. We don't have an ETA for this yet but they are coming.

What is your work around until your implement is ready?

Same here and epic is telling me it´s problem of the starduck.

That´s not nice and it means for me, no more epic store.

Nothing was deleted. We didn't launch with anything but English on Epic Game Store. We are working on implementing German, French and Russian on the Epic version.

Not sure what you mean by deleted. We were trying one method of getting that implemented but it was not working out. Not sure if that affected anything public. The translations are coming.

Can I help with Russian translation?

How? Could not find any way to change the language, nor did it seem to update. Tried re-installing, but the Problem isn´t solved yet.

Wie denn? Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden, die Sprache zu ändern oder ein Update zu fahren. Auch nachdem ich das Spiel neu installiert habe, keine Änderung.

This doesn't work with Epic Launcher, please tell me how it should work for you? What steps should you take?

okay there is a test edition that you have to download, then it also works in German, I haven't tested other languages.

Hey folks. Just making sure everyone is aware that we now have French, German and Russian available on the Epic Game Store version of Galactic Civilizations III. You can find the full change log of the test build on this thread.

To download the test build you will need to separately install it on the Epic Game Store. On Steam you will need to use the opt-in build from the properties. Please check the screenshot below for where to install the test build on Epic.

Ich kann die Testversion nicht finden, wie komme ich da ran?

bei mir war sie direkt in der Bibliothek, als ich gerade nachgeschaut hab. Allerdings war sie nicht direkt neben dem normalen Game sondern recht weit unten. In der Sufu am besten einfach "Gala" eingeben, dann solltest du es finden. Und das Game darfst du nochmal neu installieren. Aber hey, nach einem Monat haben sie es endlich geschafft. Naja, mal den Tag nicht vor dem Abend loben, der Download läuft noch bei mir.

die Installation ist durch und ja, es funktioniert! Brauchte noch nichtmal was einstellen, es wurde instant erkannt, dass der PC auf Deutsch eingestellt ist. Falls man dann doch mal in einer anderen Sprache zocken will, geht das unter Optionen - Interface - links oben in der Ecke.

So auf ein frohes daddeln und mal schauen wie das Game nun ist.
