Skin studio not present

Hello all,

I just ordered the ORGANIZE YOUR PC bundle from humble, and while I have been able to activate some products, I have not been able to download skinstudio. It doesn't appear on my https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/ page as I've seen in some other forum posts with the same issue. As a side issue, Start 10 doesn't appear to be showing up either, even though the rest of my steam activated products are. This is less of a concern though since I still have access to start 10 through steam. However, I am presently unable to use skin studio at all because the download isn't present.

I would prefer if possible to download from the offical stardock page. Is it possible to simply have the download added to my account? I see that this was done in https://forums.stardock.com/455490/get;3475738
