Every time I changed the wallpaper by deskscapes 10, it will be crashed and disappeared with doing nothing. Can some supporters or technicans solve this problem for me? We can use the Teamviewers for  show more details.

This is my computer spec:

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here :https://forums.stardock.com/485954/deskscapes-support-faq#reinstalling , just make sure to reboot after the purge and redownload the latest version from your account. Reinstall that. Reboot again after that and retest, report back here.

Thank you,

Are you using Riva Tuner or MSI Afterburner.  You will need to exclude them from the Riva Tuner server app, this what worked for me.

Thanks jlarmstr1, was you also facing the same issue as OP?

Yes, with Riva Tuner Server (packaged with MSI Afterburner), attempting to switch or highlight a new wall paper, static or animated, the configuration applet just shuts down.  I am able to create and exception rule in the Riva Tuner Server to ignore DreamScapesConfig.exe by setting the application detection level to None (effectively removing the hook on that process I suspect).   I also create the same rule for all the dreamscape executables 'just in case' .... after which it works fine.

The only other bug I can report is that Dreamscapes labels my monitors in a different order than windows/nvidia driver.  Dreamscapes monitor 1 is the system monitor 2 and the Dreamscapes monitor 2 is the system's monitor 1.  I am running a 3 monitor setup, and monitor 3 is monitor 3 for both Dreamscapes and the system.
