GC I patch access

Bought the game on CD years ago, still works, would like to download a patch

from Stardock Forums

I have a CD of the initial GC game, have installed it on my windows 10 computer, seems to run. 

Here is the issue, I don't have access to my initial email used when I first purchased the game.  I'd like to update the code to latest version.
