I got a virus in one of the customized skins that was loaded. It disabled my anti-virus. Malwarebytes detected a .dll. Mcaffee, which had been installed, was removed, and did not function.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would be easier to confirm this if you can list down those few style you downloaded last. And, I am not sure if CurtainsStyles can include dll file in it. Program does not list when I downloaded, but does say which are Stardock and which not. I have downloaded ones by apb, uk58, Danilo Oliveira, Basj, Neil Banfield, Gigi. When I got back regular use of my laptop I quickly switched back to one that was a Stardock issued one, so not sure which one was last downloaded. Would be good if there was a log or the like.
The last write time on the folder for the skin would tell you the most recently installed I would think.
Why do you believe the virus came from a curtains style vs something else?
Where was the dll that was removed?
