GAL CIV 3 shaky

Ok Been playing a new game and on a larger monitor , just recently noticed all the Planet Icons for type and system owned by are "vibrating" when I zoom in or out and move around the map. thought my eyes were going for a moment. they stop shortly after but seems like a drawing effect or other thing, doesn't affect game Play any other way.

Vibrating? That's a new one. Do you have any video capture of this happening you can show?

The vibration of the icons is not new.  It has existed for a long time, maybe since the original release, and has been mentioned many times in various places.

I did some testing in the past and found that the vibration is more noticeable when playing larger galaxies or when playing at a higher screen resolution.  A tiny galaxy at 1920 x1080 resolution has no vibration.  A ludicrous galaxy at 1920 x1080 resolution has noticeable vibration.  A ludicrous galaxy at 3840 x 2160 (4K) resolution has a large amount of vibration.  In all my tests I was using nVidia GPUs.  I have used many different drivers since GC3 was released, and it didn't matter which driver I was using.

It can easily be seen by starting a game with a ludicrous galaxy at any resolution and watching the icon above the home planet while moving the screen or zooming in and out.  If anyone tries this and isn't allowed to use a ludicrous galaxy because the computer specs aren't good enough, using the largest galaxy available may work.  Otherwise, using the launch option nominspec will allow any galaxy size to be chosen.

I can get videos later today if they are needed.

I decided to get the videos so anyone can see.  The variations are:
Tiny galaxy at 1920 x 1080 - No vibration.
Tiny galaxy at 4K - No vibration.
Ludicrous galaxy at 1920 x 1080 - noticeable vibration.
Ludicrous galaxy at 4K - a lot of vibration.

You can get a zip file with the videos here.

Thanks, I just checked it on a ludicrous map and was able to reproduce the bug. Not sure if this is something that can get fixed but I made sure it's been added to Jira for review.
