Where is SkinStudio?

Dear Stardock,

I understand that SkinStudio comes with Object Desktop. I use to have the app on my previous system. I admit I haven't used it for a long time so when I decided to use it (during the lock-down time) I realized that I didn't have installed. Can someone help me install it, I can't even find the installation file.
