Master Skins

Masterskins have nothing to do with Stardock. They are produced by users who have earned the privilege to sell their skins here on Wincustomize. A WB skin is a very time consuming effort and artists should be compensated for their time! Besides, there are plenty of free skins available ( I personally have uploaded 6 just this year).

When you buy a car, do you complain to the car manufacturer about the fact that your road has so many potholes?

A slightly better analogy....

#1.  Master Skinners do not work for Stardock, but Stardock provides them a way to sell their work. So...

#2.  Stardock takes roughly 43% of all sales of Master Skins for allowing us to sell on their site. So...

#3.  As 2of3 said, there are plenty of free skins here on the site. So...

#4.  You don't have to buy a Master Skin if you don't want to, and...

#5.  I personally give about 90% of my sales income to the poor and needy. So...

#6. Other Master Skinners I am sure need the income from sales, especially now during this pandemic,  some I know need it desperately. So...

#7. Please be kind.   

Oh, and this question about Master Skins has been addressed on this site many, many, many times already.

I agree with Tom, and Tim (2of3), plus, I just uploaded a free skin today.
