I never get stung except when I do.
I'll concede that perhaps at the time we visited you just hadn't been stung.....YET ....;)
... not sure i'm seeing the difference correctly. i first thought it was the middle of the back of the hand, as it looked a bit redder and less boney and veiny and so might be a bit bloated/swollen... but then saw you mention knuckles in the other thread....
Take an Aspirin and wet it in water and rub it over the sting. It stops the burn and the throbbing.
