Sins Rebellion won't launch.

Lately I have been having a problem with launching the game. When I click play on sins it will get stuck on the loading screen then crash. I will then get the message:

"An Error has caused sins to stop working properly. A report on this error has been logged to the developer."

Then I get a link to:

C:\User\username\AppData\local\Temp\SinsDump\Sins-Rebellion etc.

I click on the notepad to see what is wrong with the game but everything is in gibberish.

The game works fine when I launch it in developer mode. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it multiple times and it still has a problem. How do I fix this issue?
