No video, just audio

I just downloaded Sins game today and it downloaded without issue but when I click on "Play" it goes to an all black screen and only has audio

This use to happend fro driver, bad load game resources or graphic card. These are the most common issues

hello check if you have sle video driver installed and if you have installed the game well .. it may also not start the video due to lack of resources on your pc
