Hi there.
Thanks for writing. Here are a few answers:
1. It supports multiplayer.
2. They must play as a candidate (either an existing one or one they create)
3. It would depend on how the course is taught. Previous editions were used in HS and college where they would discuss the power of local vs. national issues, getting out the vote, the role of political operatives, fund raising, etc.
4. Outcome is not pre-determined. Any state is potentially in play. However, some states are harder than others to win for a given political party.
5. You can set the rules up front and have everyone follow them. We do support bulk licensing. We have class room licensing I believe. But it won't be available until March 3.
Thanks!
