Bug Yellow Color Selection In Planets' lists v3.96

In the lists of Ships, Shipyards and Starbases, the selection in the list is indicated by the color yellow.
In the list of Planets this is not the case.
It worked fine in a previous version of the game.
I do not remember from which version it no longer worked.
