Limit Exceeded when trying to download free skins, active sub.

Hey guys. I recently restarted my subscription, having been a previous customer, and now a renewed customer, but I am still being limited to 5 downlods, despite saying I have 24 available. Please see the attached screenshots :

Your ODNT Renewal was purchased under a different account so WinCustomize was not seeing the purchase, so I merged the two accounts together so you should be all set now.
