Desktop Collage by Stardock Design
Product Key Not Found
Sending an e-mail to support was practically worthless. I have never had an issue with a Stardock product until now. So this is really irking me.
- Purchased the Desktop Collage and got all the confirmation e-mails.
- Confirmed the downlink.
- Downloaded the product and saved it in the Dreams directory.
- I attempted to make it the active dream for my desktop and was stopped by a screen asking me for my login info and the Product Key for the dream.
- Going back and viewing all the e-mails there was no key.
- So then it tells me to grab a text file called 181.txt and upload that to a Stardock web page. The problem here is that when you are stuck with a dialogue window on the Stardock website, you cannot get to a screen to perform the upload.
- So far, I followed the instructions sent to me by the support folks and so far I still have no active product.
- The only other thing support suggests is coming in here and posting to the forums. So here I am. I really hope someone can give me a solution. I'd rather have a working product instead of a refund.
