After updating this  I lose not only the soundcard but also the connection to the web, it tells me I have a problem with the intelI211,meaning I have no internet, i have uninstalled the update so I can ask the question can I fix it so that it runs without any problems, i have reset the pc to default and tried again but no joy, what am I doing wrong.

it is not only the sound issues, it tell`s me "that the intel I211 gigabit network connection is experiencing driver-or hardware related problems",I have NO internet connection, i have to uninstall the update to get connection back.

I use an msi b350 carbon motherboard, running an amd  ryzen 5 ,intel I211gigabit network(built in) and the sata  ahci controller also fail`s

The simple 3 options.

1 Refresh to factory state, reinstall everything and shut off updates.

2 Fix it yourself.(might not be simple)

3 Call the geek squad to come and fix it.

4 Install all updates and wait for Microsoft to fix it with the next update. :beer:
