Not necro...I never saw this thread when it first appeared, and when I did, I owed Steve my congrats. I'd love to learn how to skin WSX.
All it takes is graphical talent, and an understanding of an ini file. You start by grabbing a skin closest to what you want, and replacing graphics with your own. Then adjust the ini files to your liking. Voila.
