only preinstalled themes working

onther downloaded themes makes application not responding

recently i have bought a new pc with latest windows 10 home. i have also updated direct x . only the preinstalled themes come with ds10 are working very smoothly with not a single problem. but when i click on any downloaded themes , it cant even show its thumbnail, even then if i try to apply that them, either the app gets crash or become not reponding . kinldy help

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Probably it would be best by starting your fix with a Purge ( uninstall ) and re-install.

then REBOOT and re-install from your Stardock account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

reboot and test .
