uis2 help

Hello,

I am trying to finish my new theme for windowblinds, and I try to use uis frames.

However, I would like to know the button states for the uis2 interface.

I see that buttons get 6 states by default that could be:

1.Normal

2.Mouse hover

3.Pressed

4.Inactive normal

5.?

6.?

So what are the 5 and 6 ?

Is there any guide (complete) for uis2 ? I have found the guide that was made a long time ago, but it is a starting guide.

For each button, if you are using the 6 images choice instead of 3, the states are Normal, Mouseover, Pressed, Inactive Normal, Inactive Mouseover and Inactive Pressed. :-)

Thanks.

It was what I was thinking. But it doesn't work as intented.

In fact, for inactive windows the states Inactive mouseover doesn't work at all.

Inactive pressed "works" as pressing the button make the window active.

I have resolved the problem and found how to do this... by using "mouseover glow".

That's a work around fix that should not be used for this... but if it works, let's use it.

In the UIS2 Borders, Extra Settings area do you have Use six frames for buttons vs three enabled?

yes it is

and the image used has 6 frames :

The last two states are not used.

However, as I said, I managed to fix the problem by using "mouseover glow":

This, works

OK, glad it works for you, I have never needed to do anything like that though here is all. Enjoy! :-)
