The last episode of "Friends."

Hello there. I hope that everyone has been having a happy week. I can't believe that Friday is almost here!

Today as I was driving to work, I heard on the radio that the last episode of "Friends" will be in May. That was the first time in a long time that I have heard about that show. To be honest with you, I thought that the last episode was last year.

(Not that I've checked, but there's probably been lots of "jumped the shark" internet chatter about "Friends," hasn't there?)

I haven't heard people I know talking about that show like I used to. I kind of grew tired of it as soon as I entered my mid-twenties. But apparently there have been enough viewers over the years to justify some good ratings, high salaries, and expensive ad time. Maybe I am just gettin' old.

Is Rachel going to marry Ross in the end?

No I don't think so. She is in love with Joey. I haven't seen it much this year. I think the year that Chandler and Monica got married was so boring that a lot of fans got out of the habit of watching it. ER is pretty much the only must see TV for me. I do enjoy watching the medical shows on Monday like Trauma - life in the ER and also forensic files, cold case story, you know police type shows. Mostly I use the box to put me to sleep at night.

My daughter and I watch Friends every week. We enjoy it. There are only a few shows left. Rachel had a brief crush on Joey, that is over now. Monica and Chandler are moving away and adopting a baby, although she looks pregnant in real life and my daughter says she is.v No word yet on Ross and Rachel getting back together. But Phoebe is getting married! Yeah, I know, I know way too much, huh?

You're just old for your age I guess, I bet you like shows like Frasier. I still love Friends and I'm 28. So, you're not alone man, go ahead and watch Racheal NOT marry Ross.

Well all I know for sure is Rachel is moving to Paris for her new job, Chandler and Monica are getting a house in the 'burbs. As for Ross, Joey and Pheobe, we are all guessing on that one. I still think Joey will end up living with Monica and Chandler, Ross will continue to be a professor until he dies, and I really don't know about Phoeobe, does anyone?

Isn't Joey getting his own spinoff show "Joey" where he lives in Hollywood with his hairdresser sister. And doesn't Phoebe marry Mike - I think we still have about 10 episodes left in Australia - Monday night I watched the one where Chandler and Monica met a girl who was going to give them her baby but she thought they were a Dr and a Reverend. And Rachel went shopping for Ross and he wore her shirt and Joey "doesn't share food"

I hope she will! They look so cute together and they have a love history since the first season! I would really like of they stay together at the end of this wonderful show!

how can anyone possibly care about a show that portrays nonreality?

I completely agree. That's why I felt no emotion whatsoever when I read or watchedHarry Potter, The Great Gatsby, Phantom of the Opera, Lord of the Flies, Hamlet, Schindler's List, etc.
I'm going to miss Friends. I'm happy how it ended, although the ending did seem rather short to me. I guess those episodes that were longer than a half-hour threw me off. I'll watch Joey though. Hopefully, it'll be good.

I really like the funny Brad   We should see him more often

I think that would have been a much better ending--definitely more interesting than the oh-so predictable way the writers decided to finish it!
