Before stating untruths regarding discounts for "Loyal" ODT customers, take a look at your renewal page.  The price for renewals is not only a cent lower, IT IS $5 LESS FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS.  IT IS NOT $24.99, IT IS $19.99.
