After updating your Codecs ,
Open the Deskscapes app click on setting top right - see image
Try making this change to Direct Show as
Media Foundation could be an issue with 1903.
also see if you are set to Maximized ... see images.

This works, but only for a few seconds. The animation stops.
Either fix this or give me a refund. I refuse to pay for a program that does not work.

Some of the dreamscapes work for a few seconds, then stop working. This is not tolerable.
Can I please ask that people do not install third party codec packs unless they have need for MPEG2 support.
A stock clean Windows 10 install should have the required reliable codecs for all other dreams. Third party ones may not loop correctly.
When the dream stops, what is left on the screen? A static copy of the last frame, or black or some other unrelated image? If you reboot after it has stopped, does it then start again on login only to stop again after X seconds?
I used the codec package your site recommended. And I see a static screen, just the picture no animation. And yes to that last question.
Please issue me a refund since you are unable to fix this. Thank you.
