I have tried version 10 on 2 PC's. Windows 7 and Windows 10. Both of these PC's have working sound in all other instances. The dreams I download have an audio button so they have sound. I have tried changing dozens of sound settings but nothing.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Do the previews have sound - if you click on the dream at website do
those previews have sound ?
When I upload one of my dreams with sound
I note to " Mute " sound
*** to Mute Sound go to taskbar right corner
click on sound icon/mixer/mute DSHost Dream
make sure yours are mot muted in the mixer .
In DS10 the sound button will control the sound in the app only
you still control the sound on your desktop by windows sound
icon bottom right in your taskbar.
Check these things and report back here please.
Of Course make sure your sounds are working right do you
have sound plating your music or watching youtube etc.
