Black Screen Problem

Hi , I purchased object desktop couple months ago mainly for fences and discovered that it comes with DS10 too, however after downloading it and trying to get some animated backgrounds I ran into a common problem from what I read here which is the black screen, however since most people got the problem solved by changing the directshow setting, mine still persist, any animated background would not work at all turning both my monitors to black except for desktop moon, earth and mars, these are the only ones that work fine. I I have Klite mega pack codecs installed and tried all directshow setting, purging and reinstalling multiple times with no luck

Some information about my setup: 

Dual monitors 3840 X 2160 for main display and 1920 X 1080 for the secondary.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot , Test and report back please .

Did you try Direct Show EVR ?

This is the same procedure that I was doing before posting using the same files, I tried one more time minutes ago and still nothing. If you mean choosing directshow evr from the setting then yes I did.

If you have Fences installed, uncheck this and let me know if it persists:

If so, if you uninstall Fences, reboot, does it still happen?

I tried both suggestions and still no luck, when I open the the animated background page in the app, even the preview has playback issues, it doesn't play normally (like the moon and earth backgrounds).

yes the moon and earth and mars play normally and the preview plays normally too, but any other animated themes from the ones I downloaded has some playback issue in the preview and when I click apply to any monitor ( or all monitors) it either turns my monitors black or nothing happens ata all.

Still having black screens at every load of a windowblind. DeskScapes disabled.
