worst i ever experienced:
Ubon, thailand march 1972: 115degrees F ( 46 C), 91% relative humidity.

flies by the gutter would let you crush them with your shoe and did not even attempt to crawl or fly away. the whole town shut down - nobody worked that day.

It stopped raining at 11am - another 45mm later. One of the wettest periods on record. A whole month's rainfall in 30hrs
