What does Legacy mean for Keyboard Launcher

Just purchased keyboard launcher. I now see in my order history that keyboard launcher is listed as "legacy". What does this mean? Will development continue? If not, can I get a refund?

Thanks

KLP is still offered, and does work on Win10 (I use it everyday), it's just that development is currently dormant for the product.

1) Are the keyboard features of keyboard launcher being incorporated into another product?

2) I see object dock and launch both use docks. I would like to hide the docks and use keyboard to start programs. Is that possible with these programs?

1) None that I know of.

2) You can set Keyboard Launchpad to start programs. Please refer to this : https://www.stardock.com/products/klp/

Thank you,
