Cursor FX primary cursor swap

Just downloaded cursorfx since I needed a larger cursor. I don't like to use standard "pointers" for clicks and I always use what is commonly called the precision pointer (usually the crosshair). I found some premade themes I like with nice precision pointers but I can't figure out how to get rid of the standard pointer and swap them out. Can anybody help please?

Hello,

There is no simple way, that I know off, to swap Cursorfx pointers. But you can always make your own graphics and make your own Cursors, using CursorFX Theme Editor.

Well that's disappointing to be missing such a simple feature. To top it off, I log in today and get the double cursor bug immediately, reinstall and product key gets wiped out and the website is not recognizing my email. Not doing so hot here.

Hello,

Would you Please try this PURGE different than a regular uninstall https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/  reboot.

Product Key https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys

Your key uses the email address you used when you bought the app.

If the email has changed do this https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

JerryLZ PMed me

You've been trying to help me but now the forum wont let me reply anymore...  which is redundant considering stardock says come to the forums for help. I have no access to deactivate the product. Under the ABOUT section in cursor fx there is no option to deactivate. Anyway, here is what I see - it shows that I purchased it but nothing else.

Quoting JerryLZ, reply 2

and the website is not recognizing my email.

Because you spelled your email wrong when you activated for the first time.  I fixed it.

I log in today and get the double cursor bug immediately,

That was fixed by MS with the current version of Windows - what version are you on (winver.exe)?  When is the last time you updated Windows?

Thank you very much for the assistance, I am in now. And I'll double check but my windows should be updating automatically. If not I'll update, thanks again.
