SINCE NO MATTER WHAT I DO,I'D LIKE TO KNOW-HOW DO I DO A "CLEAN SWEEP"?THEN i'LL REINSTALL,AND TRY AGAIN.or,is it justt thr bad weather and I should just wait?please respond, as I really don't want to havve to cancel my subscription!
