Should have added this to your other thread with the exact same name.
I most likely can answer this as I answered your other questions. However without installing a program I have no idea how to view this window. Yes I have seen it many times but only when installing a program.
Reason I actually need this window to see is there are to different locations in SKS so to see what changes it so I need this window open on my desktop.
yes i know.but i use window blinds and use night shane skinn.when i want install one app some text color is black.
In your other thread where you fixed that text color issue, resetting it default changed it to black. Doing that probably changed the text color in this issue you are having. When skin designers make text a certain color, it is usually best to leave it alone, as changing a text color in one place will change it in other places too sometimes. This may be one of them.

If you can't tell me how to open a License window I would suggest this. Since you changed skin colors in SKS before try this. open SKS and change every thing that shows Black text. EX: Window Text - Buttons Default, etc. whatever is black. Do one at a time and click Apply after each one you try. Sooner or later you will find it and hopefully it won't effect to much in the skin. PS: You will have to have the License window open in order to try this. Without installing software I don't know how this window opens.

You may only see this window when installing software.
As I said before. IS there any way to open this window without installing software????? If so I would like to try a fix myself.
I found one or two, but I don't know if it's related to it.....control panel>troubleshoot problems> network and internet>network adaptor>lockal area connection>vew detelled information
