Taskbar icon size

I am currently using Taskbar Tweaker to achieve larger icons on Windows 10 on one of my computers. It looks like this : https://imgur.com/a/KahyLb7

The size of these icons is larger than Window 10's default """"large icons"""" size.

Unfortunately Taskbar Tweaker does not work on my laptop for some reason so I would like to implement the same icon size in my current theme using SkinStudio. Is it possible?

As far as I know, Windowblinds do not have control on Taskbar Icon Size.
