Humble Bundle & Activation

Hello dear community (& staff!)

I writed an email through contact form but no clear solution.

Some months ago I got the chance to see your Bundle of software available for fair price at Humble Bundle and so I bought it! Some weeks after (today) I wanted to use these keys, downloaded software and activating but it says the keys are invalid...

Is there something I missed, some actions to do? Of course you can ask me in private the keys as proof I'm not cheating...

It says I have also to give the email adress, which I did. Thank you to solve this, else, it would have been 15 dollars (or more, I don't remember) lost for nothing :D

Account Lookup Failure

 

We could not locate any keys associated with the email address you provided. Please try any other addresses you may have used; perhaps an email address you use for payments (PayPal).

 

It's maybe because I have not got the keys through ordering your website but through Humble Bundle. I can give you the keys by mp if needed so you can solve this.

You have a mix of Steam key products (Start10, Multiplicity, Fences) that would require this process for activation:

Or they will already be in your Steam library for install if you have done that process already.

The other products / keys, if they have not yet been activated, can be done so with any email address - then tied to that email address after that first activation.

Ok thank you. I went to add the three licences to steam, I am still in the process to try to activate Fence

Maybe it takes time before Stardock acknowledge that the key and email are well in their servers... I will try again tomorrow.

Hi,

I also can't seem to redeem my Humble Bundle copy of Fences due to the same Account Lookup Failure error (on all my emails). The key is also invalid on my Steam account.

Granted, it is a slightly older Humble key (2017)... I honestly can't remember if it worked the first time I activated it. But here I am trying it again, haha.

I'd really appreciate any help in the matter!

Without exception, it is always another email address that was used or improperly splled when activated.  PM me the key (do not post it here).
