nVidia 2080 Ti “Initialisation Error: Unable to initialize graphics system. Graphics card not supported”

When I try to launch it I get the error “Initialisation Error:  Unable to initialize graphics system. Graphics card not supported”

I just bought Star Control for my Windows 10 PC with an nVidia 2080Ti graphics card, 64GB RAM. All drivers etc are up to date.

What should I try next?

Upload the RunLog.txt file inside \Documents\My Games\Star Control so that Stardock can get a better idea of what the game is seeing to make it barf.

Not sure why the emoticon appeared... It should be a 'D'
