i tried to activate Fences 3 both online and offline and it seems there's some problem with activation server.

I had issue with fences 2 on windows 10. I have been guided to update to fences 3. U purchase new licence 7usd and now I can't use it :/

Looks like it affect more Stardock products too. I activated a licence 10 mins ago on a another machine. Now i cant activate anything.
I was informed that the server is currently down. And the NetDev Team is currently working on restoring it. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

In my case activacion ends successfully
Don't know if the issues are related, but in my case when i try to activate Fences on a new machine, it says "Email address is not valid for the product key".
I have checked my Stardock profile to make sure the e-mail address is the same...

I even emailed sales and support with my order information and had not received any answer yet. The product retrieval page doesn't seem to work either.
That is odd. I have no account with the hotmail variant, and I used the gmail one to create the order.
Can that be changed?
I have merged the accounts.
