yesterday and before all fine.. today , game crash always

i just buy the game on steam recently and finished the main campaign yesterday..  started a new game.. today , all was fine until i got to the quest to meet drenkend, it crashed at every combat, i even try solo combat fleeet and it crash everytime..

after some reading and file check.. i tried to put the game on english and all works fine..for now..  seems the french translation is broken somewhere

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It would help if we could see what's in your runlog.txt , it is located in \Documents\My Games\Star Control

If you could upload it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive, Paste Bin) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it.
