Cannot Eject Colony Ship? (3.1 bug?)

i’m playing The Yor on v3.1. I built a colony ship but it cannot launch from the dock. I get an error message like “unreserved population is less than the minimum to launch colony ship.” However, the minimum is 1 pop and my dock is connected with two planets that have 1.5 and 2.0 units, respectively. I should be able to launch two more colony ships with 1 pop each. 

What gives?

I have a save game if this is a bug.

If the planet with the 2.0 units out of range (this have nothing in relation if it connected to the dock or not ..) then you have only 1.5 units available and so to low ...

And i dont get your math ....

You musst have at last 1.0 units left at every planet ... and 1.0 in the colony ship ...

You have on with 1.5 - to low ..

And one with 2.0 - if it "in range" then you can get 1.0 unit out here ..

So where would you able to launch 2 ships with 1.0 each ???

R-TEAM is correct, if the second planet is too far away (which I think means more than 6 hexes away) it won't be able to contribute population to the colony ship.

I did not know planets had a 1.0 minimum.

what is the max range for a planet to contribute pops to colony ships?

When you look at the shipyard screen that shows you the production contributed by each planet, the green numbered values show "in range" planets for colony ships to grab population I think.

I have the max population of 3 on a Class 25 world, but am unable to load troops or colonisers, or launch a constructor.

If you have a savegame where this is reproducible it would help a lot if you uploaded it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it.

Savegames are located in \Documents\My Games\GC3\Saves or \Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Saves
