Unable to build alliance with Phamysht.

*spoiler* You don't exactly deliver it.  There will be a point in the conversation where you can offer a crew member to be eaten.

If I remember correctly you have to talk to their homeworld, talk about the Scryve, then about their secret weapon, then about telling you if they eat you, that opens the new dialogue.

Thank you, you were correct, I needed the dialogue about the super weapon before the option would appear. I suppose my confusion was over the objectives telling me to deliver the Meat Puppet but that not being the case and I actually needed to continue to search for information.
