Stuck after 33 hours of game play

Hello,

I am 22 hours into the game so far, not sure what exactly is the main quest arc, but I only have the following objectives left:

Gather information about the galaxy from the Menkmack Homeworld

Gather information about the galaxy from the Greegrox around the Ancient One

Gather information about the galaxy from the Phamysht Homeworld.

I have exhausted all dialog options on the home planets and from ships around those locations. The Phamysht Secret Objective story arc is active, but nothing is really happening. Find the sentient bioweapons arc is also active.

Am I missing something or is this a bug ?

You haven't found the sentient bioweapons.

Spoiler:They are northwest of the Greegrox. Basically between the Greegrox and the Phamyshed.

You also haven't finished the Phamyshed Secret Objective. I thought they already told you where to go to do that.

Both are part of the main quest arc.
