Request: Add rotating struts to the applicable starships in-game

I've been able to mod in to the game a rotating strut piece that makes the rotating rings in-game look a bit more sensible.

Now I don't just mean make the parts available for use, though that would also be nice, but for Stardock to add this part to the ships that have the rings, which as far as I know are only the Flagship and the Terran Cruiser.

I've already made modified versions of both the Flagship and Terran Cruiser, Matched Terran Cruiser's colors to the Flagship, along with making new icons and applying them to the four Ship Icon Atlases.

I have a ZIP file containing the changes I made to make available the rotating parts and the new rotating strut piece on request.
Simply because if anybody adds it to their game and adds it to a ship then goes into custom Fleet Battles, it will end up crashing one or both their games.
